Our first official visitors from home were the Clymer parents. They came despite significant odds and we were so grateful for the miracle of their arrival. We had a wonderful time showing them our life and work here and taking the opportunity to explore some other beautiful places in Kenya. |
| Mom helped make chapatis for the neighborhood goat roast that we held in honor of the parents. |

| We had a couple days of looking for wildlife in Maasai Mara. The elephants were spectacular. |

| A highlight was watching birds, in Najile, Maasai Mara, and Lake Naivasha, too. Mom identified about 67 new species of birds for her life list during her two weeks here. (look for future post on the birds) |

| Hadada Cottage, a respite cottage for missionaries on Lake Naivasha. It was a good place to rest and reflect after our week in Najile visiting neighbors and MCC partners. |

| Our closest neighbors made a feast for us on the last night before we headed back to Nairobi to send Mom and Dad home. There was story telling and tricks and lots of laughter. Great hospitality. |
