Some of the business going on...

They're taking the trees and turning them into charcoal. Its illegal,  but no-one enforces it. We were watching the beginning of desertification happen before our eyes. It is heartbreaking.

We did a one-day training helping this group get to know their policies and evaluate their adherence.  The Manager on the left is hoping for an increase in unity and teamwork on his staff, which includes  being on the same page with policies. Got a little metaphor work in here:  They made a braid to demonstrate a strand of three cords is not easily broken.

Our neighbor ladies  and a daughter heading home from the market.

Got two loads of manure for the garden and the trees.  No shortage around here of this stuff.
